| The Content |
Imagewise, our creative team developed a dichotomy between the “inside world” and the “outside world” by creating two lighting moods: warmer vs. colder. Otherwise, the overall look/feel and pacing was made to mimic an upbeat customer journey. Sound-wise, we wanted to build-on the brand’s asmr approach by punctuating the soundscape with thoughts of the protagonist (through a thoughtful voice-over), as she navigates from browsing online to walking out with a new parka — and every sound in between.
